Q: Do you guarantee your services?

A: Yes, it is our goal that you receive the best service.

 

Q: What are your hours?

A: Monday – Friday: 7am to 7pm Saturday: 8am to 7pm
Sunday: Closed

 

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: We schedule appointments in person, online, or via phone call.

 

Q: How do I choose the right treatments and products?

A: Your stylist will discuss with you the best options for your hair at your appointment.
 

Q: What can I expect from my service provider during my appointment?

A: Your stylist will review the service you have chosen and make sure the color, length, and size is correct.
 

Q: What should I wear for a salon treatment?
A: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing since some services may take an extended amount of time.

 

Q: Are reservations necessary?

A: We highly recommend making reservations in advance, but walk- ins are welcome and feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. A credit card will be necessary to hold your reservation.

 

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?

A: Yes, these can be purchased online or at the salon. We encourage recipients to use certificates within one year of purchase. After this time, there will be a $5 per month maintenance fee per certificate.

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash app, and PayPal.
 

Q: What is your pricing policy?
A: Prices are subject to change. We do not offer refunds on products; however exchanges and salon credit are offered.

 

Q: Are stylist tipped?

A: Pricing does not included tips. Feel free to tip your stylist.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Please notify us 24 hours in advance. Without 24 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.” We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
 

Q: Do you accommodate late arrivals?
A: We request that you arrive within 15 minutes of your arrival time. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

 

Q: What if I have lost my gift certificate?
A: Your certificate is considered the same as cash. If it is misplaced you will have to provide proof via receipt.

 

Q: What is proper salon etiquette?
A: We request that you minimize phone usage during your appointment due to the salon being a peaceful setting.

 

Q: Do you allow children in the Salon?

A: Only children receiving a service are allowed.
